It’s pretty exciting when a respected expert reviews your product based on his personal experience, and describes its benefits perfectly! Many thanks to HuntingLife.com Founder Kevin Paulson for sharing his feedback about ScopeAid® with his readers.
HuntingLife.com is a national news source for hunting and conservation news as well as product reviews. After using ScopeAid® for a little more than a year, Paulson took the time to formally review our product for his readers. He also posted a ScopeAid® video, to visually show his readers the benefits.
“The ScopeAid® from has transformed my ability to see clearly through my scope and read windage and elevation marks. I can finally see my crosshairs clearly and I have a tool that allows me to continue to shoot and hunt without having to wear glasses,” he wrote.
After giving his readers a little background on how ScopeAid® was developed, as well as our unique mounting system, Paulson then explained that our HD optics are customized to the individual user’s prescription. “Each ScopeAid® is custom created specifically for you based on your prescription information as well as the amount of eye relief you have and need for the rifles that you shoot,” he noted.
He also described our lens options:
Crystal – The Crystal lens offers a clear, clean glass look giving you no changes in color or light.
Yellow – The Yellow lens provides better vision in low-light conditions. By filtering out blue light, it allows your target to stand out and appear bright.
Amber – The Amber lens provides blue light filtering in bright daytime conditions and reduces eye strain.
Flame – The Flame lens provides depth of vision in forest and green conditions and highlights targets, shapes and colors.
Mirage – The Mirage lens filters visible wavelengths so that your target is clear and allows some mirage waves to help determine speed and wind conditions for long range shooters.
These contrasting lenses have never been available to prescription lens wearers before. Even non-prescription wearers will notice the dramatic differences over lesser quality colored filters.
“If you find that the effects of age are starting to catch up with you, this is one of the tools you must add to your arsenal in order to continue to be a more effective hunter,” Paulson concluded.
Your eyesight changes throughout your life, and as a hunter, you understand the importance of precision. Now Scope Aid puts that same precision into its optics, so that you have a product uniquely designed to work with your individual vision challenges. See the difference for yourself.
About Jay Eller
Jay is an avid hunter and competitive long range 600 to 1,000 yard F-Class and Benchrest shooting enthusiast. Hunting includes local, mid-west and western big game, as well as African plains game. He is a Life member of the North American Hunting Club, also a certified gunsmith with FFL, an Endowment member of the NRA, classified mid range and long range F-Class shooter and long term SASS member. He has been very active in developing an optical solution to the problems related to Presbyopia. To solve the problems, for safely aiming and shooting firearms, while wearing multi-focal eyeglasses has been a challenge since my eyesight changed with aging. Knowing that everyone, who hunts and shoots firearms, will be as frustrated as I was, offered a potential opportunity. In addition to correcting the vision problem, we have added the contrast capability of birds of prey’s ability to see earlier in the morning and later in the day. This is a large game animal’s prime time for natural movement from feeding to bedding down. No one else has been able to offer the two vision solutions that SCOPEAID has developed. “I feel very proud to have been able to bring a solution too all the hunters and shooters who still want to continue their hobby while dealing with “the aging process”.
